Backup of Win32 repository

Hello,

I wuld like to know the easiest way to backup a Win32 based repository. I
was considering using windows scheduler to run this command nightly:

svnadmin hotcopy c:/repos c:/reposbackup

I would then back the 'reposbackup' directory to tape. Is this an adequate
backup for disaster recovery purposes?

Also, Hotcopy will not overwrite the reposbackup folder, so I am having to
go and delete the contents daily. Please help!

Thanks,

James
