Commercial support for Subversion

We are evaluating different source control tools at work and
the main contenders are Subversion and Perforce.

One of the sticking points of Subversion is lack of commercial
support. Higher-ups feel comfortable knowing that there is
somebody that we can call who knows the tool inside and out and
can help us if we get into a bind. I was under the impression
that CollabNet provided commercial support for Subversion. However
that does not seem to be the case.

Is there anybody else who provides commercial support for Subversion?
