I'm not 100% sure on how to deal with it. stdin/stdout/stderr sounds
right for programmers and other people that's used to it. However I see
that it's more and more common to use Norwegian stand alone words
"standardutdata", "standarfeil" and so on. The bad thing is that it's
still words and meanings for computer literate people...
Personally, I like the style: "stdout (standard ut)" or "stdout
(utdatastrøm)" best, but I'm not sure that's the best. I need to
distance myself from the translation a little bit before dealing with
this.
Anyone are welcome (and urged) to look at this and comment it!

You are 100% right, 'erstatt' is good (and common practice).

To be honest, I do not know what to write in Norwegian on all of them,
hoping others do.. :-)

I think you are right again (I found more odd/strange English words but
home that a native English speaking person will take it).
