We're using it, and so far it's been great. On the other hand, we
weren't using anything like it before, so I don't really have anything
to compare it to for our purposes.

The integration with subversion is great, and getting it up and running
was a snap. The whole system in general is a lot more straight-forward
and simple, although perhaps less powerful, than something like
Bugzilla. We use a post-commit hook to close tickets automatically based
on commit log messages (eg. "closes #15"), which makes working with
tickets quite fluid.
