I've sort of got the same need: C# access to an SVN
repository.

Right now, as a short term thing, I've just coded some
wrappers around the command line stuff. However, I think
that the AnkhSVN project might have something of
use/interest, but I haven't had time to check things out in
depth to see what they have.
