I have to jump in here [late in the progression of this thread, I know],
but Subversion 0.27 RPMs were distributed as part of Fedora Core 1 [ ~=
RH 9.1/10.0, whichever you prefer]. I do not believe that they have
ever been updated from Fedora. Therefore, it should be fairly easy to
obtain the half-dozen Subversion RPMS [IIRC, db4, db4-devel, apr,
apr-util, subversion, subversion-devel] and install them.
