RE: Migration from StarTeam to Subversion

We migrated (ran) away from StarTeam last december. After looking into
writing scripts trying to preserve all the file history, we decided it
wasn't worth the trouble. I wrote some sed scripts to do keyword translation
and then did an import. We keep our old Star Team archive around just incase
we need to look at file versions before last December.
