Any estimate on what the disk usage might be vs the BerkeleyDB back-end?

Of course, if you build the latest proto-svn-1.1 (/trunk), you can
experiment with the new "plain filesystem" repository back-end. No
BerkeleyDB binary-compatibility issues at all.
