My appologies. I haven't used the Subversion Windows installer often
enough to remember that it doesn't automatically update the Apache
modules. Once I place 1.0.2 modules in my Apache dir, the problem
disappeared. Next time I'll check the server info line on a 404 page
(or elsewhere) before submitting an email. Mine now reads:

Apache/2.0.48 (Win32) SVN/1.0.2 DAV/2 Server at my.ip.add.ress Port 80
