Assuming you want to get rid of it forever, no turning back:

Repo location: c:\svn\repo1
               /svn/repo1

windows: rmdir c:\svn\repo1
   unix: rm -r /svn/repo1

;)

Its just a matter of deleting the berkley database that contains it.

Of course if you want to back it up, there are some other things you may want to do first.
