There's one being slowly developed -- "slowly" only because people
have been busy, not because anyone thinks slower is better.

Right now, 1.1 looks likely to include *at least* the following:

   - New native-fs-backed repository option (alternate to Berkeley DB)
   - localized output (error messages and such)
   - better copy-following behavior (issue #1093 and friends)
   - locking / reserved checkouts (but design work remains)
   - better DAV autoversioning support (goes with above)
   - possibly "labels" (revision indexes)

That's is just my unofficial take, based on various developers'
priorities and conversations on this list.

Take it with a grain of salt. I've left out some smaller items for
brevity, and of course, not everything above may get done. Can't make
more definite committments until we've done more planning.
