Ok, sorry I see it but can not get it set

I checkout out my copy and then tried to link the global_includes inside
it and get this

[root@fs public]# svn propset svn:externals global_includes/
http://10.0.0.10/trunk/global_includes/ http://10.0.0.10/svn/brokerbin
svn: Setting property on non-local target
'http://10.0.0.10/trunk/global_includes' not yet supported
