You're on the right list, now, but you still aren't giving us enough information
to help you. Try reading this:

        http://svnbook.red-bean.com/svnbook/ch04s06.html

and then try and describe what you want to do that isn't clear. Normally, you
create a tag including all of the files you want to have grouped together, then
make the release from the tag.

This is subtly different from the way that CVS does it. CVS is file-centric
(files have tags) whereas Subversion is repository-centric (this tag contains
these files).
