I wish there was an easy way of not letting a user lock a mergable file.
I'm affraid that that is what's gonna happen when VSS users switch to
Subversion.
Binary files aren't neccesarily unmergable, with the right merge
program, some binary files can be merged. So what we need is a 'word
diff' program
