I got the same problem because when I committed r9212 as "svn ci -F
ChangeLog.txt".
When I converted the coding in my ChangeLog.txt from UTF-8 to DOS, then
the commit succeeded.

The 1.0.1 is without debug symbols, the zip files are very different
to :-)
