WIN32 1.0.1 Version - iconv? issues

Hi!
First, thanks for the long-awaited WIN32 version!
But next, I'm having trouble with it. I'm using the installer version, btw.
I just upgraded my 0.37.0 client on a up-to-date WIN2K machine to 1.0.1, and
svn: Safe data:
Non-ascii character detected (see above), and unable to convert to/from UTF-8

I've seen this before on clients which failed to include all the iconv
Btw, if you look at the installer sizes, the 1.0.1 installer is 2.4meg, and
The svn server is a Debian Woody running apache 2.0.48, BDB 4.2.52, SVN 1.0.1.
Any ideas?
