I have built the binaries, but it would be nice if the distribution had a
packaging script, to zip up the correct files for the win32_bin, win32_dev,
win32_pdb, and win32_setup packages. I wouldn't be interested in creating
the installer, as I prefer NSIS, but creating the normal zip files should be
easy.

If I have time, I may try to create some packaging methods, such as an Ant
script, an NAnt script, and/or a batch script which relies on some external
zipping program like 7-Zip. Each has it's own external dependancy, so none
are ideal, but AFAIK it's not possible to create zip files without some
external tool. IF I have the time .... it must be a busy time of year for
developers. :)
