There is just a discussion on the TortoiseSVN list to mimicry the
Perforce changelists in TSVN's commit dialogue (and only there as
a means of additional organization). However, I would not call the
Perforce system very lucky. At least in HTML projects it is very
likely one needs to edit more files than originally expected due to
setting links etc.
