We've been calling it "S-V-N", or "ess-vee-en".

It seems to fit, and solves the interesting paradox
of the original word definition.

Mostly, I like to leave the original word,
'subversion' for use in application to my other work
activities during the course of a normal day at our
now-merged company never failing to present new and
interesting project ambiguities led by senior
management mercifully spared from the ravages of
intelligence.
