Ok, I understand what you mean, but since I'm not a developer of WebSVN
I can't talk for the design decisions the WebSVN team made. But may be
you can still consider add blame to svnlook, I think blame would fit
into the meaning (it's just used for “peeking”) of svnlook too. :) (Yes,
I like WebSVN (more than ViewCVS/ViewSVN), just missing blame there)
