Panic

I am panicking! :-( Subversion/Subclipse were working beautifully until
today, when I was committing huge number of binary files and it seemed
to have hung up on me. Whether it was warranted or not, I have killed
Eclipse to get out of it. Now I cannot even list a revision, it never
seems to respond. What should I do?!
