I don't know about Nautilus, but Konqueror already has WebDAV support.
This is not, however, enough to act as a Subversion client.

There is a CVS front end for KDE called Cervisia which can act as a plugin
to Konqueror. In the future, Cervisia will have support for Subversion.
I think CVS version of Cervisia already does. Perhaps this is what you
want?
