Nautilus or Konqueror support for SVN?

I am evaluating clients for SVN, and I am very impressed with Tortoise
SVN for windows clients.

I installed and tested RapidSVN as well, but it seems to have the same
limitation WinCVS did in that you can't operate on files directly (edit
or move or whatever).

Is there now support or are there plans in the future for SVN to have
Nautilus or Konqueror support? I also saw some mention of WebDAV support
in nautilus. Would that make it possible to perform SVN operations from
Nautilus currently? I assume that if that is the case, one downside of
using svnserve is not having that functionality.

Thanks-
    Carter
