Problem with FC1 installation and SVN

Greetings,

I've just installed Fedorea Core 1 and used yum to install all of
the upgrades.

When I try to use "svnadmin create test" to create a repository, I
get the error: "Berkeley DB error while creating environment for
filesystem test/db:Invalid argument". This command works on my RH8 system.

I've seen other posts with this message, but I already have the
default kernel with nptl. I hope I don't need to remake a bunch of
things like others are doing for the 1.0 version.

I'm using the standard Fedora RPMs.
    svn: 0.32.1 (r7497)
    kernel: 2.4.22-1.2174.nptl
    db4: 4.1.25

Any suggestions as to what I need to do to make this work?

Chet
