No, Olaf has done something bad. We should mail him and explain why.

He has invented his own release number. I'm looking at the log message,
and somehow he and poeml decided that the "1.0.0-beta1" tarball (which
we rolled two days before 1.0.0) was going to be called "0.99" within SuSE.

We've spent weeks debating how to label releases and tarballs on this
list. If people start making up their own release names for their own
RPMS, this project will be stuck in a support nightmare.

I guess we can always just ask people to run 'svn --version', but still,
Olaf has only added to the confusion.
