Yeah there is. You can get the rpms off the subversion downloads page,
under suse section:

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/poeml/subverion-*-0.99.0-3.i586.rpm

Yes I have read the docs, book(redbean), INSTALL and the FAQ. But I
still am unable to get svn working with SSH. So maybe what I should have
asked:

Has anyone got svn working with SSH? If so, could you share how you did it?
