I'm not sure if this is a known problem. I'm going to try to reproduce
the problem.

In the meantime, issue #1694 was fixed since 0.37 was released, and it
*might* be related to this problem. As a favor to us, can you checkout
a copy of subversion's /trunk, build it, and see if the latest
mod_dav_svn fixes the problem?
