SVN::Log::Index 0.1

So last night I released the first version of my latest distraction,
SVN::Log::Index, which lets you use Plucene to index Subversion commit
logs. The intended goal is to run it as a post-commit-hook script to
index your logs as commits occur, and make the whole thing available
via a web front end for searching.

I've still got a number of features I want to add in the future (thus
the TODO list), but the current version works fairly well.
