Error on commit

Been getting following cryptic error message when trying to update a working
copy from my repository named "Staging_Master".

REPORT request failed on '/svn/Staging_Master/!svn/vcc/default'
file not found: transaction '2f' 'trunk/Desktops/MyDir/MyFile.txt

The file MyFile.txt has actually already been checked out which confuses me
even more as to why I would get an error. Thoughts, comments or
suggestions? I'm using tortoise svn 0.24 if that helps.
