How to use subclipse in Linux?

Have anyone successful to use subclipse in Linux? Have try the latest
builds from

http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/opsys/linux/sf/subcat/ips/subclipse/

But fail to make eclipse to recoginze these plugins...
