If you really want to use RPM's, Shamim Islam is keeping RPM's for Mandrake up
to date:

        http://66.79.174.150/~shughes9/subversion/

Read the FAQ for more information.

However, I have found that, unless you have some other reason for running
Mandrake's version of Apache2, building BerkeleyDB/Apache2/Subversion from
scratch is really not a big deal. YMMV
