Don't need commit-times, now-times. Needed only real create/modify times.

Hello!

I'm new in Subversion. Please, help me.

As mentioned in http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1445

======================================================
As of r6983, we now have this behavior:

    * 'svn export' always sets commit-times.
    * 'svn checkout/update/switch/revert'
         EITHER always set commit-times OR always set now-times.

The latter group's behavior is toggled by a new runtime config
variable, "use-commit-times = yes".
======================================================

How I understand, this means that there's only two behaviours
possible - setting commit times ("yes") or setting now times ("no").

But I really need to save file creation/modification times unchanged.
Can I somehow do this?
