nothing, really. It just worked out of the box.
You did try with the command line clients, I presume?
Personally I don't use it, because I like the Linux editors better than the
win ones. But I have a couple of colleagues that never complain and I know
they do this all the time.
Are you sure that you're in the correct place?
Does the .svn directory actually exist?
What does 'svn status' show?
And 'svn info'?
