Hi,

A series of questions in order to help assess your situation:

- How did you run configure?
- Did configure find your SWIG
- If it did not, did you pass --with-swig= to your configure
- Did you read the INSTALL file in subversion/bindings/swig? (especially
Step 2)
- If none of the above helps, could you post a transcript of the commands
which you executed before this error occurred?

BTW: libswigpl is - AFAIK - part of SWIG.
