I also just tried to do this update via the Subversion command line:
D:\Inetpub\ABFPportal>svn update
svn: Delta source ended unexpectedly
So, I'd say that this is just a Subversion problem and not
a TortoiseSVN problem (so we should probably just restrict
replies to the Subversion users list and not continue on the TortoiseSVN list). Initially, I wasn't sure where the problem was
(which is why I posted to both lists).
