Switch command and spaces in the directory

From: <vakhmechet_at_intellectconsulting.com>

It seems like the switch command comes back with errors if any part of the
directory contains spaces. If the repository name contains spaces the
command complains that a switch doesn't work accross different
repositories (although it's the same one). If any other directory contains
a space the command also comes back with a relatively strange error. Is
this a bug or is the command not supposed to support spaces?

I am using Subversion 0.35.1, dev build along with TortoiseSVN 0.24.0,
Build 554, UNICODE.
