issue #1481 (diff and streaming)

From: <dan_at_kearns.net>
Date: 2004-01-06 03:54:53 CET

Refresher on the error message when running "svn diff ...":
svn: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
svn: svn_diff_file_output_unified: error writing hunk.

I've run into this same problem and wanted to contribute
slight additional info:

- it only happens on windows, same cmd on
  unix client works fine

- if instead of diff to cmd window I pipe
diff to a file, I don't get the error

It doesn't seem to have anything to do with streaming long
files, more likely just a CRLF issue similar to overrunning
the max size when entering a command into cmd.exe. Maybe the
issue could be reopened?
