After a first 1-minute test:
Yes, seems to be much better!
Didn't had this multi-minute-hang which usually
was there when first entering a versioned wc.
However, again and again are some two-or-three second
hangs in the explorer;

I'll keep it installed and will play around with
it to get a feeling how it works now in practise.
