AFAIK, "svn log" doesn't contact the repository (unless you request logs for
revisions newer than your WC's revision). Probably easiest is to "svn log
URL" where URL is a url to something in the repository.

Shouldn't I be seeing some debug output from Neon? (Yes, I know 0.34
has long been out, but I don't see anything in the change log about
this).
