Does neon-debug-mask work on Windows? And error in book.

Just wondered if there is a bug here?

Repository accessed through https://....

%appdata%\subversion\servers contains:
  [global]
  neon-debug-mask = 130

At command line:

  C:\working-copy>svn --version
  svn, version 0.32.1 (r7497)
     compiled Oct 24 2003, 00:37:44
   (... Etc ...)

  C:\working-copy>svn log -r308

------------------------------------------------------------------------
  rev 308: Geoff | 2003-12-15 15:13:51 +1300 (Mon, 15 Dec 2003) | 1
line

------------------------------------------------------------------------

  C:\working-copy>

Shouldn't I be seeing some debug output from Neon? (Yes, I know 0.34
has long been out, but I don't see anything in the change log about
this).

Also, Suversion book states under "Appendix C, Troubleshooting"

"Alternatively, you may set the http-debug parameter in the server's
configuration file to cause neon's debugging output to appear when you
run the svn client. "

Shouldn't that be ".. You may set the neon-debug-mask parameter ..." ?

This is lifted from the CHM file that came with 0.32.1 Windows installer
- my apologies if this has been fixed since.
