This may sound harsh, but it's not worth our time to help you debug a
version of svn that is over three months old. Please stop using 0.27,
and upgrade to 0.33.1, both client and server. If the bug persists, we
can help out.

(That said, the 500 error when commit to DELETE the activity looks like
a version incompatibility to me, like the server is too old to
understand the request. (In olden days, DELETEs on activities were not
understood by mod_dav_svn.))
