Hmm.. The Subversion Book is probably the most challenging thing.
I thought maybe I should start with something more lightweight...

I'll start with /doc/book/misc-docs/quick_walkthrough.xml
since it contains enough knowledge to start with svn on a local
machine.
Then I'll head on to The Book itself.

I'll publish all of my translations on my homepage:
http://dentharg.boo.pl/. There's nothing interesting there right now
(well, apart some jabber docs maybe).

I'll also try to find another translator or a proofreader to check my
work (I consider all my translations as beta, until someone else reads
them).

If you have any suggestions or would like to see other docs translated
first - don't hesitate to write.
And, if you find any mistakes in my english writings,
please point them out :)

Regards,
