More info on Windows client failure...

Eventually the client fails with the following error:

svn: RA layer request failed
svn: REPORT request failed on
'/svn/tallac/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: REPORT of '/svn/tallac/!svn/vcc/default': Could
not read response body: connection timed out.
(http://192.168.1.102)

This is over a LAN with a good connection to
192.168.1.102. The server is running. I can browse
it with mozilla.
