Just a quick note to point out that we've been using Subversion
  on win32 with win32 clients, apache 2.0.46, Subversion 0.23
for many months. We're up to a 3gb export size with 3700 commits
(the repository is much bigger, in the order of 6-8gb).
We've had zero problems the entire time (no lost data, no
database locks, no apache restarts, etc).
