Sometimes I feel like a complete novice here....

Well I have registered an account at tigris, logged in and opened issue
1440 but could not find anything there to click where I can attach
something, neither a comment nor a file.... *sigh*

Is there some kind of FAQ or manual to read which I cannot find at present?
