What is wrong with .subversion/config:editor-cmd ?

If people could agree a reasonable default value for that
[which I doubt =) ], installer/make install could take care of that.

Or subversion could ask a default for that when it will be run the first
time. However, I don't see a point here, and I am just happy with
status quo, but as usual this doesn't proof anything.
