What? Is it so hard to type

    C:\>cd "%APPDATA%\Subversion"

How much harder is this than the unixish "cd ~/.subversion"? BTW, you
can even type "%APPDATA%\Subversion" into Explorer's address bar, and
it'll Just Work.
