I use subversion in production since version ~0.15 till now and have
never experienced such kind of troubles.
Restarted apache sometimes makes subversion work pretty good.
It all works right now, but I didn't change anything since yesterday,
so this bug happens unexpectedly and disappears too.

I have no folder /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.0 and can't find similar folder
- what files should be there?
