cvs2svn has some known bugs. I don't have time to work on them right
now, unfortunately; and no one else really seems to want to :-).
There is another converter, VCP, that might handle your repository.
There have been threads about it in this mailing list, so you can find
the URL there (I don't have it handy, sorry).
