cvs2svn.py seems to be totally broken when process tags on branches: final result

Hello users,

  Sorry for multiple postings. May be, it was better to write one big
  message...

 After fixing all errors in dump (remove double-deletions on files),
 svn repository contains proper trunk and totally messed branches: all
 branches and tags lack some files :(

 Difference between almost any tag and any branch head checked out
 from cvs repository and from created svn repository is always same:
 there are no some files in svn-checkd out directory. All files, which
 present, have proper revisions and content, but some files are absent
 in svn repository in tags/branches subdirectories :(
